1000 AD scenario

So I cant put them all in because the scenario is meant for eurasia + africa. maybe ill make a euro version of it later.

Byzantines, Hungary and the Vikings (if you keep England & France) should all stay. But I think the Magyars and Byzantines are pretty key.

What you have to avoid doing is leaving spaces between each kingdom, because that messes up the scenario really.

By the way, the only two empires at the time were the Holy Roman and Byzantine, as well as the Abyssinian.

Thers also the song dynasty... i might have to place it before that which would turn china into a cluster fuck. and theres the point of empty space... ive tried to balance each geographical location out with even money so all should be well.

Huge scenarios don't work. Plus, there was literally no contact with China from Europe at the time. They were aware of the existence of India I think and had contact with North Africa, but I'm not sure if they traded with India. Also, several Persian emperors developed good relations with Europe.

Byzantines traded with china amd persia didn't exist at that time due to muslim occupafltion, also few decades after 1000 ad neither did bulgarians exist (thx Basil II bulgarian slayer)

Right now I think I am going to have the Song dynasty spilt between the 5 kingdoms ere and have Umayda and india so the victors of the east would in the end face the victors of the west. still a work in progress though.
