So here i am in a game and a topic of homosexuals comes up. he starts stating without evidence that homosexuality is natural. he claimed that being gay had to do with x and y chromosomes. x and y chromosomes have nothing to do with sexuality, rather when ur developing in the womb, x and y determines ur gender, not if ur homo or straight. no where in nature does homosexuality play a role. we were designed to procreate.

Till its on every show on tv in every store in Parksides our schools. Homosexuality is a choice. But governments are using it as a social weapon to sissify cultures and desensitize youth. That's where my problem is.

So was the earth being round. There being a single god on earth. And there being hiden continents to the west. I do believe that current governments are looking for more covert ways to suppress there people's in order to maintain power. Because anytime they try actual force they get overthrown. So no I don't think it's to far fetched to believe they are trying to change the way society looks at things in order to further push there agendas.

helly got this one right... and there's others, like feminism and transgender issues, which are creations of elitist controlled think tanks... they are designed to control using subtle means. This isn't conspiracy theory... just because something isn't reported on commercial media doesn't make it conspiratorial.

{Although the homosexuality being a choice isn't true, not always anyway ... generally, i find people who say that are actually bisexual/gay... straight people (as well as many homosexuals) know it's not a choice.}

More like glorifying Immoral behavior and confusing heroism with selfishness. Aswell the gif king makes light of a serious issue...
Basically my issue is when the Disney Channel tries to paint homosexuals as super hero's to my highly impressionable 7 year old sister. Be gay all you want, but when its forced down my throat like some bad 80s porno don't expect me to be ok with it. I am not a religious type either but I do know the holy books are a great place to seek morality. Homosexuality is temptation and when you give up on restraint you lose a piece of yourself...
Also I blieve history repeats itself and open acceptence of sin is just a small step twards the redistruction of society. My proof? The egyptians, the persians, the greeks, the romans, the french, the Germans and the english. This last one will be a tad diferent as we are more globalized then ever before. By accepting american corrupt values you have invited your country into the fire when it burns.

My estimation of some people went down a lot reading this thread. When you grow up, you realise that everyone deserves to be happy, we are only on this planet for a short time.

If you are going to be homophobic, at least be a man about it and admit why. It is either because your religion tells you to or because of your own prejudice. Ie. the thought of two men together disgusts you. Let me guess many of you have no problem with lesbians?

Don't make up nonsense to support your prejudice. No it is not a mental illness, i would be interested to see your source on that. Mental illnesses are usually in some way self distructive. Not to mention that all the major medical organisations agree that it is not and merely a form of sexual expression.

No it is not unnatural. What is or is not natural is defined by what we see in nature. Homosexuality exists in a small % of animals of certain species just like in humans. Yes we are here to procreate, but considering it is only a small % and i am yet to hear of a species dying out because they all became homos.

No it is not a choice. Who in their right mind would choose a lifestyle filled with stigmas, stereotypes and prejudices. Just look at the suicide rate amongst young gay people.

Worst of all, i see hell claim hes not religious and then cite homosexuality as a contributing cause to the downfall of several major empires. There were many contributing factors to the downfall of these empires, but if you are going to imply that they suffered some sort of karmic punishment for their morals, i find it interesting that of all the breaches of morality those empires committed(rape/torture/slavery/murder/violence as a sport) hell hones in on homosexuality, something that doesnt hurt anyone. But such beliefs are inherently illogical by nature.

One thing i do agree on, is that the media can be a little pushey when it comes to homosexuality. But subtle government agenda to control the masses? That at least made me laugh, it must be extremely subtle indeed.
