Call low ranks in the games or pm them. 80% will answer. They don't read forum..

I could be wrong, but i think you might be the only person you have from ss... The issue with the open rank games is that in general, most low ranks are not that good If you want to get in a game as a lower rank, just pr the host, they will usually lower it if they know u are fairly good

I guess you just have to balance the games you setup, it is nice to have a game were you dont have to eorry about t1 wfs, but i agree you should give people a chance

When i said 'we', i was talking about atwar community, not about my clan. My idea is: Contact low ranks, talk with them, call them in coalition, train them, and we'll get good young players and good 5+ 3v3 games. You can't expect good low rank players without good teachers.. 80% low ranks want to join in coalition, read forums etc. They just need invitation, explanation and help.

IMO the experience proved you wrong... You have much hope on both sides, low ranks and coalitions. But for experience I know that none of the parts does what you've said. Best is that if someone wants to learn, he should be able to do it alone, not the damm "I will only train you if you join my clan" stuff.

Training people is useless, since nobody from the new gen is loyal to their mentors. Therefore, people can learn themselves.

how exactly? this isn't an exageration, i literally haven't seen a 3 vs 3 lower than 7-15 in 1 month..... this is my though, but when i was rank 5, i enjoyed to play, not watch.

Which is honestly the best way to learn on atwar, too much nowadays is training a political movement and that they are "owed something" or they can boast about who they trained and not present the idea that they made the community better. I would just tell a lower rank to watch clan wars and take notes and read the forums, because now all the information is out there unlike in the past where you had to be in a clan to know the "tricks" to a basic expansion.

So by experience I mean the times I have here... back at my times, there were many training clans, they did searched for players, but players didn't wanted to join either. The few people I meet went to a non competitive clan instead, and I got picked up by hdrakon to join ULP. There I got trained until the clan eventually went inactive. Even now you can still see players joining a non competitive clan instead of the standard ones... the difference is that, with this, a big part of the training clans already die. Now with evoL dead, it is kinda sad... I am unaware if SA, Mystics accept new players without any standard, but as far as I know evoL was the only clan that accepts anyone willing to learn. 24.mart says a low rank would'be willing to learn, but by experience I know this is not true. Maybe the times changes now (I still dunno with the amount of scenarios-made clans) but IMO the low ranks that decides to go competitive are pretty few ones. While I do agree there is still a valious group of low ranks that ARE willing to, we (or at least, myself) cannot just risk it up searching for those players. Everytime someone widely say "I am willing to learn" I (myself) do train them, and I know many players that had been on my hands before and now they are among the competitive players. For those players that doesn't have a competitive coalitions (Because IMO clans are not only for cw) but desire to go competitive there are many well-made forum posts by myself and others. I made mines so they can still learn, without need to be on a competitive clan. I've also record some youtube videos for them... I'll like to resume what I said in the following spanish says: "If Mahoma doesn't go to the mountain, the mountain will go to Mahoma". And I am(myself) definitively not going in low ranks direction. If they want to learn is up to them to ask for help and research on their own.

The issue comes where you have to spend a ridiculous amount of time finding it, and then there is some knowledge that you would not expect to find in a certain forum, for example in the nc guide there are most of the naval shortcuts, minus the hamburg one.

I used to help anyone that needed, whatever clan he might want to join. Right now, me and Msytics are a bit inactive so we're not accepting much.

i can't force a high rank to play with players that are not in their level, however, how can a low rank learn if he doesn't even have the chance to play a single 3vs3 until he reach rank 7? when i was rank 5 i didn't asked for training, i just asked for a chance to play, and i did learned what i know mostly playing,as i said, because eph_U made rank 5-15 3v3, the only one..., the rank 7-15 thing is scaring new players, right now the only way to learn is joining a training clan, otherwise you reach rank 7 and get raped for the usual players, personally, i do believe 3 vs 3 will die at this rate.if a high rank, every 10 games make a low rank game, you will probably get good low ranks interested in the 3 vs 3 gameplay mode.

you have my upvote in that topic, i am not premiun and i am in a dead training cln, if you trust so much in guides, you will end playing the same game over and over again, besides, you have to play to get better.

don't know if I understand you clearly, but I think I already answered this:
I think many parts of your arguments (like this one) are already explained on my reply. Now as I've said previously,I won't risk up since IMO by experience, the majority of low ranks aren't willing to learn. Now I'll reply to the pretty specific case of few low ranks that desires to go competitive:
So you can't really force him, but you can do something better: Ask him to lower rank. or something even more better: Buy premium and make your own games. Or something that is actually more effective than the other two: Ask someone with premium to host a 3vs3 in which you can join. Is easy really... just don't limit yourself. Reminding you two important pierces of information: 1) The mayority of low ranks aren't willing to learn. 2) The high ranks won't risk training a low rank. And the consequence of this is of course, that high ranks doesn't allow low ranks on 3vs3 as they don't know how to play it nor are interested on it. You'll be asking how they join if they are not interested, I did wondered the same. But is all curiosity and they end up leaving when it turns hard. Also, you'll be wondering how can they even know how is a 3vs3, since they would be more interested if they actually had played it once. While I do agree is not their fault to not being interested on something they had never played on their lifes, I also like to point out a third fact that I've found pretty important, not only in 3vs3 but also in scenarios: 3) Low ranks are not willing to follow instructions. This demotivates a lot IMO, cause they go troll, doesn't use ally chat and sometimes launch insults at other players. Sometimes they take all the tips like a bad criticize, and overreact toward it. After thinking about this I guess the problem is really on the community...

One point. To be a little honest, most of players dont want CW, because in order to do a good CW it's mandatory premium for the general upgrades, etc. Made CW's with no premium features and i'll join
