There is no reason to give you ban, but sending this report by PM to a mod would have been more appropriate than posting this on the forum(with screen shots)..

This is not going to get you banned, but yes, next time please use the /report command. /report [player] [reason]. Even if no mods are online you can link the screenshiot and the mods will see it when they come online.
