The rolls will come!

The rules:

- Turn duration: 3 min ✘
- Starting funds: 5k ✔
- Maximum players: 2 ✔
- Joinin until week: 0 ✔
- Victory: Capture player capital and hold for 2 turns ✔
- Game duration: 50 turns ✘
- Rares: None ✔
- Initial countries: 1 ✔
- Extra cities: ✔
- Allow rejoining: Off
- Disable uprades: Off
- Disable strategies: Off

Reserves:
- Ferlucci
- Madara

In the loser-bracket I will look individual to everybody's 3 favourite strategies and double their changes to roll one of them. This goes at the cost of the the 3 least played strategies in general! Hope this makes it a bit more challengy

Deadline first round: 16 October.
