Whats the highest income country left

Picking is over right now but I'd Imagine that woukd be something like DRC, Saudi Arabia orNorway since they have huge amounts of resources

The best part of this military system is i invested half of my income and got nothing from it.

Do army size and training have nothing to do with whether or not you take somewhere? ex. How does Azerbaijan resist just because it got a 6 on a dice roll

It does matter. Russia didn't do any training/preparedness exercises so organization wasn't so good, and Azerbaijan has a pretty small border with Russia and some modern equipment they bought from Russia.

Are there repercussions if small nations develop atomic bomb and intercontinental ballistic missiles? Like, will UN sanction them, or let larger countries to invade, declare it rogue state?

If small nation have patronage from one or more superpowers, can it be protected from repercussions?

UN will put economic pressure on them that will be unbearable unless they develop what you said in secret or a superpower aids their economy
