Is war on the verge of breaking out?

For a few weeks now, I've heard various news that shit's about do go down in east Europe and Russia. Of course, I already know about the Ukraine crisis, but recently, news such as 'Putin setting his sights on Poland' had cropped up. I've hardly any knowledge on the matter, but this report highlighted that Putin didn't want the USA to put up missile Shields in east European countries (the USA claiming it was a shield against the middle east). Again, I hardly know anything and I would like to learn more. Enlighten me, people.

Poland and Russia are natural enemies since Catholics split with the Christianity. Catholic Poland was encouraged to fight Christian Russia for centuries and now they are unable to establish normal relations. They also fear German-Russian friendship and/or cooperation as for the last two times when that happened, Poland ceased to exist (1792 and 1939). Poland need outside guarantor, and they find it in the US. Poland is juicy excuse for United States to deploy troops for percieved 'Russian aggression' and take tax money from the Americans.

Also military industrial complex in US need profit, only one F-22 cost around $150 million so you can imagine how much they earn if Poland and other scared countries buy them.

Russia of course is not aggressive and neither have intentions to restore USSR or invade Europe. It lost 27 million lives only 70 years ago, and had anarchy in the 90's. Not to mention 1000 years of war, violence and death with the Mongols, Tatars, Poles, Turks, French, English and Germans. Russians are tired of fighting and want little peace now, to create decent living and enjoy life for a change. No matter how much Western propaganda describe Russians as barbaric asian hordes of bloodthirsty unshaved monsters who invade and rape Europe, Russia simply never did and never will invade Europe. It is true that Russians sieged Paris in 1814 and Berlin in 1945, but only to defeat the dictators who occupied Europe, and that was witnessed and supported by Austria, England and Prussia in 1814, and Britain, United States in 1945.

To invade Europe means Russia will lose 20 million people and that is just plain stupid, especially coming from the nation building space rockets, spaceports, nanotechnology, chemistry system and where every second scientist is worldwide credited. It's impossible. So we already know what is going on and how it will end: Russia is making economic deals with Germany and China while United States bring more and more troops to Europe, and spam how Russia is aggressive, and after years of repeating so they will simply say 'Russians still didn't invade Europe because we are here, we stopped it' 'If we didn't bring 400,000 troops, Russians would certainly invade and occupy Europe, bringing apocalypse and Second Sundering of the Pangea'.

So everyone just keep calm, mind your own business, enjoy life and ignore calls for violence. If they don't use brain and language but fists and bullets then it is not worth listening to them.

also, i doubt that the broken, wartorn western european countires could've held up to the warsaw pact without the nato/usa

Then you either don't read or don't understand RT... RT is simply Russian News (same news Russians have in Russia) translated on English for everyone to understand. And they provide links to original reports. Every article about the West contain link with the Western source.

RT simply subscribed to Western institutions and wait for news and reports. When they pop up, RT publish them with original links and provide opinion and interview from some Western critic.

You would know that if you read RT.

Point is more and more people starting to like RT is because people actually really like to hear news, pure news and not conclusions and judgement. They hear it every day at work or at home. BBC, CNN, Fox News and others think too much about themselves, they think people want their opinion so they do more analisys and math and less and less real news.
