I have a few suggestions for UN
1.increase american influence in asia or worldwide
2.In asia make a natural resouces type thing that is like mines
3.Make japan have a speacial naval unit
4.Make a terriost faction
Just for the record playing japan could get boring as you try to act on your best behavior in fear of russia china or america smashing you but when you act as a imperial japan its more interesting but most likely leads to your death but aaaaaaa its fun so add some more stuff to help out japan both the imperal way and the peaceful way but dont make it op

First of all, I'm not hostile. 2nd, Terrorist faction would get gangbanged to hell 80 fold. Unless you want to go awkward and have the UN prevent that.
