"Accept Rules" Button in Duel

When starting a duel, the player that is not hosting will have a button some where in the center of the screen, probably like right below the Map/Game Name that is a green button that says "accept rules". And game could not start till he accepts.

This could help prevent Iceland duels and the farming that take place during it.
