Can't Change Profile Picture

It's currently showing as "no image" when I view my profile, but to other people it shows a picture of a turtle. What's with this?

I want to change it to my original picture of a turtle. I'll try it again in a few hours, maybe it's the same with the username, you have to wait 24 hours before you can change your picture again.

I can change my username whenever.

I don't think you get what I mean. If you're prem, yeah you can change whenever, but only every 24 hours. So if I changed it at 4 PM today, I'd have to wait until 4 PM tomorrow to change it.

But what I'm implying is that the same goes for your picture. You can change whenever you want, just every 24 hours.

I had this problem too but I guess it was the server so try it again like right now.
