First turn big wall obstruction

This usually was the case with France and Turk big walls. We ve had great flame threads in the past about wf' ing Paris and Ankara big walls in cw, by placing units exactly on the border, usually.

Today we saw it on a duel between opi and witch doctor. Witch doctor expanded to belarus 1st turn as Turk and wf' ed Opis Ukr big wall and then proceeded to cap him on turn 3.

Public opinion seems divided. What do you think? Does waffel care?

Perfectly ok just for kebapi

MY opinion on this topic, i dont do big walls BUT there should be NO foreign troops on enemy land at ALL turn 1, so if second "bigwalls" are with in your countries borders they should NOT be wf. nice to be back BTW sending love to all <3

Big wall is threatered as a single wall by the majority of the players. I would see a problem if aqollo wf'ed it and attacked opi right after (turn 2).

Do note that the majority of the players would try to WF the inner wall (which you're trying to make next turn) or WF it if your big wall failed for some reason. This is all under the logic that a big wall is threatered as a single wall.

I took kiev turn 3 as usual. I wfed the big wall but respected the normal wall. I didn't attack him until turn 3 (like how a normal game is) and warned him about it since turn 2.
I didn't attack kiev at all turn 2
I already asked a mod to remove the duel so i'm fairly sure this should be a non-issue. Consider it my april fools joke to OPI.

Further more, I want to add something.
If ukr doing it with a bomber next to border of turk land is okay. Then turk should be able to wf the big wall ukr does too

Meaning? What are you implying here? Can you be more specific?

UKR (or any) cap wall not to be w/f.
Turk big wall can be w/f w stealth bomber in ocean.
So any big wall able to w/f with border stealth, provided unit is entirely outside enemy territory (i.e. not kissing border, totally outside enemy territory)

No wf was only ever meant for t3. Save double walling for lategame, to do so t1 is an abuse.

If you accidentally interfere with any walls on someone elses territory t1 you should respect them as far as im concerned. Doesn't matter where your wf is. But i am longpast arguing about this. If you do it to me i will just respond with wfs rewalls and serb walls. It is all a question of how you want to play the game.

I am glad witch seeks to cancel that duel. I understand why opi was mad about it. Although admittedly it was very funny to watch.

I see t1 double walls more like rewall/serb wall than wfing them.

I gotta do this too and stop being zoom bugged and for people not to care if my big wall fails or to wf it with sub by the sea. It takes me a lot to make such a wall (turk one combined istan) and it's a bit frustrating when it fails or when u get zbugged, but I won't whine. Glhf

Didn't even know this was an issue in competitive. In scenarios if you wf any wall in another person's borders you're an ass and if you abuse it's bannable.

Enough of people are willing to WF odessa (knowing there is going to be a wall) just to get belarus or poland, same goes for hamburg to get czech/austria or denmark, marseille to swizz or w/e bullshit more.

I think this is also a big case of WFing, yet nobody cares bcs people say they ''respect'' next turn, its the exact same effect...

Bigwalling is cheezy and ruins the way the game goes tbh, but wfing is to much though (even though I did in the past) most of the bigwalls on turn 1 fail or are easy to kill together with the innerwall on turn 2. So yeah go on waste more units for a '''bigger' wall to come exactly at the same results as a standard 3unit wall.

Its a WF like any other, scrubs who cant fight big walls will find a way to justify it.
