Atwarinstaller.exe crashing

Hello, the main page won't recognise my silverlight installation, and the installer keeps crashing at 20%, what's wrong with it? please help.

Try downloading http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/ and trying again.

I did, it said I had the same version already installed(I got it from atwar) that's also why I said it did not recognise the Silverlight installation, so, unless the one provided here is outdated, I have the most recent version.

Uninstall then reinstall directly from M$

this should do it.
