Buildings - Bank, Fortifications and Recruitment Center

Hi,
I was away from the game for more than a year, and now when I came back, I noticed the changes that happened here.
My question is about bank, fortifications and recruitment center.
Bank - does it affect all the units? or only the units in the city it built in?
Fortifications - what does it do? how deos it do?
Recruitment building - what does it do exactly?

Banks - reduce 10 upkeep per turn. Currently a little useless but we are working on it ATM.
Fortifications - any unit with at least 6 defense will receive a +1 defense bonus in the city while defending.
Recruitment Center - gives you a bonus 3 reinforcements on reinforcement turns.
