Starting a Hong Kong map

I'm from Hong Kong, and I saw there is a Hong Kong map, and I really want to play it. Unfortunately, I don't have prenium and I cant get it until I get older because my parents won't let me. Could someone contact me and tell me that they can start the game, then invite me along?

But honestly it's just a simple post. Why do you guys have to bring it up? There are a lot of people that can be great mods and I'm sure they'll be picked before I'll even be considered.
