If a company made a game similar to AtWar just better would ProtoBytes be able to sue?

If it violated any copyright laws yes lol games can be similar and not infringe any of those laws though

There are so many games that are similar. Just change name, and make it slightly, and you have a completely new game. I think

Hell if I know, but if it was better, ie: no server crashes, fully functioning features, such as map editor, that were paid for and it was good, probably would get my business.

I have been here since 2011 And afterwind or Atwar is still fun. Just too bad, the cw system and tournament system is a little too much. Maybe its me, but back in the days, there were fewer, but more serious tournaments. And less coalition wars. Now there are coalitians who have played more then over 100+ coalition wars, in just one season.:o Also players today wont even bother watch coalition wars, unless they are from same coalition. Other clans or players dont care much, mainly because its too boring to watch a cw game now, due to the amount of cw's that are played nowadays. Back in the days there were only one or two cw's at a time, and everyone would come and watch the games.

I think you're wrong about people watching CWs. I watch any CW that is being played and I always see a ton of spectators even if they're not in the same clan.
