Hi I don't really know how this Hit Points are working.

The description says HP is the damage the unit can take before being destroyed.

Can someone explain me HP with the following example.

1 tank has got 1-7 attack plus 0-3 ARB. so one tank can have an final attack of 1-10.

Is this true or i did i mixed something up?

I think basically you apply the attack value to HP so, say the tank's attack is a 6, and the unit has 8 HP -- at the end of that turn the unit has 2 HP left. (8 HP - 6 attack = 2HP). Does that make sense?

Think of it like a Pokemon battle on game boy. Venasaur has 200 HP and pikachu has 189. Pikachu uses an attack that inflicts 50 damage. Venasaur is at 150 HP and on it goes. same basic thing in After wind.

The weaker the defence of a unit, the more damage will be inflicted if the attacker has a higher attack. This is the reason you can lose to a neutral country witch has 2 militia and you send 2 marines. A marine has a defence of 3, 7 HP and a attack of 7. A militia has an attack of 3, 7 HP and a defence of 4, Lets say a militia attacks a marine and inflicts 5 damage, then the marine attacks and only inflicts 4 damage because the militia's defence blocks some of the attack. Then the militia kills the marine, and the other 2 kill each other. It's a little confusing but that's how it works.

The 2HP remains until the next unit attacks. So the unit with 2 HP survives the first attack, but the second tank does 5 damages, which is more than the 2 HP, so the unit dies, and the remaining 3 damage goes to the next unit, and does 3 damage to its HP.

Unit's Attack and Defense represent the maximum amount of damage you deal to the opponent. Attack and defense are executed simultaneously, so you're guaranteed to deal some damage in a battle. Each unit has Hit points - so damage is applied directly to Hit points, and if the unit runs out of them, it gets destroyed. The remaining damage is then transferred to the next unit.

So, for example, 1 Tank (9 HP) attacks 1 Infantry (8 HP) and 1 Militia (7 HP). Tank deals 6 damage (attacking), Infantry deals 4 damage (defending). Now Tank has 5 HP left and Infantry 2 HP. Tanks now deals 3 damage and Infantry also 5. Tank dies, Infantry dies, Militia takes 1 damage, but survives to fight another day. After the battle all HP is restored for surviving units.

It's a bit confusing e.e Tell me if this is correct:

The attack of 8 beats the HP of 4 and then the player with HP of 4 loses 1 defense. Ten the defender has 7 defense to the 3 HP the attacker has and the attacker loses 1 attack?

When i understand it rigth, the defece is just the power of the defending counter attack

Example, Attacking Infantrie:

4 Attack 6 Def 7 HP

Defending Militia:

3 Attack 4 Def 7 HP

The Def of infantrie is not interisting in this case, the attack of the militia too (arb ignored for this example)

the Militia loses 0-4 HP in the first Attack the infantrie too because of the def 4

Defence is the damage you do when defending.
attack is the damage you do when attacking.
Hit Points are the points that you lose when the attack/ defence of a unit hit you.

Just to be clear it goes?

8 attack (tank) - 6 defense (infantry) = 2 attack (tank)

so, 7 hp (infantry) - 2 attack (tank) = 5 hp (infantry)

then, 7 hp (tank) - 5 hp (infantry) = 2 hp (tank)

therefore, the tank attacks the next infantry with only 2hp.

^ Is this correct Ivan?
if not can you provide the formula?

When the Tank attacks the defence of the Inf just is used for the Counter attack

8 Att Tank + 7 HP Infantry = infantry death
