Why i cant buy marines submarines and stealth planes

My opponents attack me with marines submarines, child army and lot other things. how can i get those types of troops

My opponents attack me with marines submarines, child army and lot other things. how can i get those types of troops

Two conditions to be able to produce these units:
1. make sure the map/scenario you are playing includes these units as normal produceable units and
2. be sure to have the upgrades to produce subs and marines. See list of upgrades here: https://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=6309

How can i buy those upgrades and what should i buy

Because child army is illegal in the united states of america.

By playing games, you gain Strategy Points(SP).

With them you can do various stuff such as making your own guild or changing your username(if you're not premium) and last but not least, buy upgrades.

Go to your profile and over your profile picture, there shouls be some buttons, click on "Upgrades".
