This has been requested for years. I think the new ownership (Dave) will take care of it as soon as he can.

In the meantime, the common courtesy is for the host to not build on Turn 1. I usually do not in the interest of sportsmanship, and I've been playing almost exclusively casual for 5 years.

Years later it is not fixed and seems atwars players play casual more now. What about making the hold game button work in casual for the 12 - 48 hours?

The world has CHANGED.

Ukraine lost 20% of its own LAND. Russia OWNS Crimrea. Russia OWNS Luhansk. Russia OWNS the coastline.

It is OUTRAGEOUS that the world map has not been updated already. Peace negotiations are ALMOST DONE. These borders are obviously NOT changing.

This proposal should be expedited because it is hurting the dignity of millions of Russians who play this game.

Bots could partially solve the horrible problem of being an hour deep in a game just for it to be derailed by a huge player quitting because they needed to go to sleep or something.

Also bots are much easier to learn on than vicious Atwar players.

That being said it would probably be much easier to create an entirely new overhaul of the game and add an AI to it than try to make the AI actually work in the current game.

There's much less community pushback nowadays and its clear that INS is op no one would object to a nerf of some sort, better yet just delete it altogether, it's not strategic at all, while we're at it, LW needs a nerf but a slight one, +10 to tank and infantry cost, that would make it fall in line with other strategies and not be any better or worse, the Air trans and naval range and capacity are its appeal, the trade off would be less unit spam so people would think twice before spamming the extra air trans when not needed.

I Can't fix anything without the permissions to do so. Nerfs to strategies have been suggested by me and others months if not years ago. I honestly don't remember.
On a serious note as a Qol feature, this should obviously be added. But just like many things, this will be at the end of a very long list of stuff...

Imp inf, gw marines and sometimes even sm bombers and so on. Whenever you play high income maps with many provinces it's too much of a hassle and time waste to go through 15-20+ provinces manually and set auto-produce, especially when you play 4 minutes and under turns.

This will be especially helpful for new players. I, myself, along with other high rank players I know, often end up leaving a game when we have too many provinces and units with no way to macro-manage them. Imagine how demotivating that would be for new players. If we can make the game more 'DRY' (Don't Repeat Yourself) and easier to manage, the retention rate of new players will only increase. Plus, there are no downsides.
